In Brazil, we operate with CIF freight (Cost, Insurance and Freight), that is, the freight and insurance costs are included in the total cost of the product. This offers greater convenience and peace of mind to the customer, who receives the goods directly at their destination, without having to worry about the internal stages of transportation.
In the United States, we use the FOB (Free On Board) method. In this model, the responsibility for freight and insurance passes to the customer from the moment the goods are shipped in the country of origin. This option allows for greater flexibility and logistical control, especially in customized international operations.
